W2VK Complete!

This was the first Hex beam that we had installed and to be honest we were a little skeptical even though we have only heard good reports from people who own them. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by it's performance! Not only did it perform very well, but front to back and flat SWR across ALL bands was very impressive. Today we installed the 40' tubular crankup tower, a 5 element 6M beam and the Hex beam, ran all new control cables and coax back to the shack. Here is the a pic of the finished product.
